After an extensive screening (blood analysis + diary + questionnaire) I will make a plan tailored to you and we will work together for a year. Monthly coaching sessions - both physical and virtual - in which you will go from insight to action; supported by data monitoring to objectify your progress. You will be given all the tools to grow into the best version of yourself.
