- Learn why heat stimuli and breathing are indispensable tools for health through deep learning.
- Increase your stress resistance through conscious and controlled hypercapnia breathing exercises.
- Train your thermoregulation and feel reborn during guided coaching in the sauna.
- Discover the magic of thirst and boost your confidence during cardio boxing.

Program:
9-10am deep learning (theory)
10:15-10:45 cardio boxing
11am-12pm HIIT training + sauna + hypercapnia breathing
12:15-13:00 kPNI proof lunch
